2. We confirm a time and send a simple link to your phone or email. 
3. At your appointment time, tap the link — that’s it. No apps to figure out, no downloads to fight with.

Telehealth works beautifully for individual therapy, follow-ups, and many family sessions. Some visits are better in person — your clinician will always guide you to the best fit. Most insurance plans cover telehealth just like an office visit.
