Individual therapy is an hour that belongs entirely to you.

Your time. Your space. Your growth.

A private, judgment-free conversation with a professional whose only job is to help you feel and live better. People come for a hundred different reasons: stress that won’t quit, a season of sadness or worry, a big life change, relationship questions, or simply the desire to understand themselves more deeply and grow.

This might be for you if:

  • you want to handle stress with more ease
  • you’d like to feel more confident and positive about yourself
  • sleep, focus, or motivation haven’t felt like you lately
  • you’re navigating a change — a loss, a move, a new chapter
  • you simply want a wise, caring sounding board

What to expect:

Weekly or biweekly sessions, in person or by telehealth, with the same trusted clinician. You set the goals; we bring the tools. Most people say the hardest part was making the first appointment — and that it felt great once they did.
