If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — 24/7, English and Spanish) or call 911. For anything else, call us during office hours and we’ll help you find the soonest available visit.


 Tap “Start Your Journey” anywhere on this site and send us a request — it takes about a minute. Or simply call the office nearest you. A member of our team will reach out to match you with the right clinician and time. That’s the whole process.


A relaxed conversation. Your clinician asks what’s going well, what you’d like to feel better about, and what your goals are. You share what you’re comfortable sharing. Most people leave saying, “That was easier than I expected — and I feel lighter already.


Not at all — and we love this question. Wellness care is for everyone, the way exercise is for everyone. Many of our community members come to grow, to handle ordinary stress better, or to protect the good place they’re already in.


Yes! We offer both in-person and video visits. Many people mix the two. Your clinician will help you choose what fits best.


Sí, con mucho gusto. Several of our clinicians provide care in Spanish, and we offer Spanish-language group sessions.


We accept most major plans (see our Insurance page for the list). Copays vary by plan — we verify yours ahead of time and tell you exactly what to expect before your visit. Self-pay options are available if you don’t have insurance.


Your insurance card (or send a photo ahead of time), a photo ID, and any current medication list if you’re seeing our psychiatric team. That’s it.


Yes — we have specialists dedicated to children and adolescents, including pediatric psychiatric care, and we keep parents involved at every step.


No problem at all (life happens)— just reach out as soon as you can. If you let us know at least 24 hours ahead, there's no charge to cancel or reschedule. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or for missed visits, a cancellation fee applies. Giving us a little notice helps us offer that spot to another person on their wellness journey.
